At Artist Guitar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all instruments and accessories. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, we provide easy returns and exchanges to ensure your musical journey never skips a beat.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the instrument in its original protective packaging, including all manuals, tags, and accessories to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your full refund or ship out your requested exchange within 3-5 business days.
